Golf Outings

1. A $5,000 non-refundable deposit is required. 
2. 280 persons must be guaranteed at $235.00 per person (includes tax and gratuity.) If your guest count is more than 280 you will be charged accordingly. 
3. The price includes one 18-hole round of golf per person.  
4. The price includes the use of golf carts (two persons per cart).  
5. Food and beverage includes continental breakfast, deli style lunch, dinner, and open bar from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Clubhouse only). Additional beverages and snacks outside the Clubhouse may be negotiated per a separate agreement.  
6. Food and beverage is included for up to ten volunteers/staff members. Food and beverage for additional volunteers/staff members can be negotiated per a separate agreement.  
7. Locker Room usage is available (gratuity is expected for shoeshine and cleaning of golf shoes).  
8. Shotgun starts will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the North Course and 12:15 p.m. on the South Course.  
9. There will be strict adherence to the Club’s dress code, which will be provided under separate cover.  
10. There will be no recourse for rain or inclement weather. The Course Superintendent has the authority to close the course at any time due to conditions. The outing will be billed in its entirety regardless of the number of holes played, however, lunch and dinner will still be provided.  
11. If repairs to the golf course are required due to damages caused by the outing, the sponsor, outing, and outing representative will be charged accordingly our cost for such repairs.

One Course

1. A $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required. 
2. 125 persons must be guaranteed at $235.00 per person (includes tax and gratuity.)  If your guest count is more than 125 you will be charged accordingly. 
3. The price includes one 18-hole round of golf per person. 
4. The price includes the use of golf carts (two persons per cart). 
5. Food and beverage includes continental breakfast, deli style lunch, dinner, and open bar for total of ten hour’s  (Clubhouse only).  Additional beverages and snacks outside the Clubhouse may be negotiated per a separate agreement. 
6. Food and beverage is included for up to ten volunteers/staff members.  Food and beverage for additional volunteers/staff members can be negotiated per a separate agreement.
